When I was working at Little Caesars in high school, saving up to buy my first video camera so I could make skate videos with my friends, I had no idea it would lead to a career in media working for some of the biggest outlets in the world… but here we are.

I’ve spent the last 15 years as an editor at digital publishers and production houses where speed and editorial quality have to coexist. Nine years at VICE, and more recently Bloomberg Originals, Dynamo and The Wall Street Journal. Most of that work has been long-form documentaries that took months, alongside short-form and vertical-first work for social. The discipline is always the same: find the spine of the story, protect the accuracy, and make the audience feel something.

I’m an expert in Premiere, I do my own sound mixing and color when a project calls for it, and I’m comfortable working alongside animators and designers. I’ve mentored junior editors for most of my career and I like that part of the job.

Right now I’m looking to bring my skills and expertise to a company that values great stories and the humans behind them.
