For most of my career, I’ve worked inside large editorial organizations where speed, consistency, and storytelling quality all matter at once. I’ve led post-production workflows from intake through delivery, partnered closely with producers, designers, and stakeholders, and helped teams ship polished work under tight timelines—without sacrificing editorial standards.

My background is rooted in hands-on editing, but my value extends beyond the timeline. I specialize in editorial systems: building repeatable workflows, maintaining quality control, mentoring editors, and creating structure that allows creative teams to move quickly and confidently. I spent nearly a decade at VICE Media Group as a senior editor and post-production lead, supporting multiple brands across editorial, documentary, and branded content. In that environment, I worked on everything from long-form storytelling to rapid-turn digital and social video, collaborating across departments and helping uphold a consistent creative voice across large volumes of output.

Earlier in my career, I came up through documentary and culture-driven work, starting with skate videos and progressing into long-form editorial and branded storytelling. That foundation shaped my editorial judgment and taste—skills I continue to rely on when balancing speed with narrative clarity.
